Nico “Rocks” Calero is a dynamic music artist, songwriter, and actor from New York City, emerging as a bold new voice in global pop with a distinct Latin influence.
An award-winning child actor, Nico first rose to fame as the youngest member of the legendary boy band Menudo, performing on IHEART FIESTA LATINA, Good Morning America, Kelly&Ryan,The Today Show, Despierta América, and America’s Got Talent, where he earned praise from Simon Cowell and Howie Mandel.
Following his seventh release, “Más Allá del DM,” on Despierta América, Nico continued to make waves on national television, with interviews on Univision and Telemundo, solidifying his position as one of the most exciting new voices in Latin music.
His vibrant summer anthem “Baile” has been accepted for consideration at the Grammy Awards, marking an important milestone in Nico’s rapidly rising career. The song has become a centerpiece at major cultural celebrations, lighting up the Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York and New Jersey, as well as prominent Ecuadorian and Dominican festivals.
